By placing an order with Muccia's online store, you are agreeing to the following policies:
exchange policy
Ok, so sometimes you get your size wrong or the colour just doesn't go with your new shoes like you'd hoped it would. We understand and are happy to send you another size or colour option.
Any item(s) can be returned for a exchange, if it qualifies under the following terms:
- The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt.
- Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage paid for returning goods for exchange are not refundable.
- You must exchange your garment within 10 working days of date of delivery.
refund policy
In the rare case that you're not happy with your purchase from the Muccia online store we will be happy to refund your garment, as long as you promise to come back to us one day!
- You must return your purchase within 10 working days of delivery. The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt.
- Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post.
- Postage incurred when ordering or returning goods are not refundable.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for your account to be credited with the refund.
stockists exchange/refund
If you have purchased a Muccia garment from one of our stockists, please contact them directly for their exchange/refund policies. The above policies are relevant only to the Muccia online store.
delivery/availability
- All of our orders are sent via Australia Post in an Express Post satchel. You should receive your order within 5-10 working days. If you haven't received it by then, please contact us.

Muccia is not responsible for items lost or stolen through the postal service.

We update our stock availability regularly, however on rare occasions, items you have ordered may be out of stock. In this case, we are happy to offer you a full refund or a replacement garment of equal value. We will always contact you if this is the case.
